Order Confirmation

All telephone / fax / email / online orders will be confirmed by phone or by email within 1 hour during our opening hours.  All confirmed orders will be provided with a 7 digit confirmation number.

Cancellation of order is not accepted and all flowers & gifts sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.If you want to change your order, a 24-hour prior notice is required for flower arrangements and a 14-day prior notice is required for wedding or other decoration arrangements.
