International delivery is a great way to shorten the distance between you and your overseas beloved one. Please appreciate that our overseas orders are handled by our overseas partner and not by I Give.
Customer can provide the zip code/city of the delivery address for checking before place the order (please note that some destinations are beyond our delivery scope).
Overseas Order
Minimum order for most countries is HK$750 (all inclusive).
Customer should place the overseas order at least 2 business days (for flowers)/ 3-5 business days (for gifts) prior to the delivery date.
Same-day deliveries may be possible to some locations but we cannot guarantee. Please note that Sunday deliveries are not available in most countries. If customer needs to arrange Sunday delivery, please advise the full address so that we can check with our overseas partner first.
To avoid delay of the scheduled delivery date, it is very important that customer should provide the contact phone number of the recipient, so that we can contact him/her just in case.
Flower Choices
Due to different weather, flower culture and local production, the availability of flower types and colours may vary at different location. So except for the products shown under the category of Overseas Delivery, the other products posted on our website are not applicable for overseas order.
When placing an overseas order, it is important that customer should choose 1-2 types of flowers and select the main colour of the flowers to be delivered. Reference can be made from products shown on our website, and we will ask our overseas partner to pick or substitute flowers base on the style & colour requested to arrange the order.
Photographs of the products are not available for overseas order. A confirmation will be sent by email once the delivery had been finished. However differences in time and distance may cause some delay in notification.
